• Perform an average of 11–12 OB/GYN ultrasound exams per day in a busy private practice on a GE Voluson platform.
• Conduct obstetric imaging across the full pregnancy spectrum — 1st/2nd/3rd-trimester scans, fetal anatomy surveys, growth scans, biophysical profiles (BPP/AFI), 3D/4D imaging, and Umbilical Artery Doppler.
• Perform comprehensive gynecologic ultrasounds including pelvic, transvaginal, and follicle monitoring.

• Managed daily operations and staffing for a multi-provider rural health clinic supporting approximately 40 employees.
• Led workforce planning, performance reviews, recruitment, and cross-team coordination across clinical and administrative staff.

Deaconess Women's Hospital

• Performed high-volume diagnostic imaging at a dedicated Women's Hospital with a primary focus on high-risk obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound, plus supporting neonatal, abdominal, and cardiac imaging.
• Conducted the full obstetric exam mix including anatomy surveys, growth/BPP scans, 3D/4D imaging, and UAD, MCA, and Ductus Venosus Doppler studies for Maternal-Fetal Medicine cases.
• Performed neonatal head and abdominal ultrasounds and pediatric echocardiograms.
• Served as an Epic Radiant Credentialed Trainer — supporting system implementation, end-user training, and workflow optimization across the imaging department.
• Developed onboarding protocols for new sonographers and supported quality assurance and accreditation preparation.
